One-on-one, weekly sessions designed to meet your unique needs. Each 2-hour session combines core mindfulness practices with personalized guidance and reflection. Between sessions, you’ll receive structured activities to deepen your practice, regular check-ins (via email or phone), and opportunities for extended learning.

Concierge Mindfulness Coaching and Support

Concierge services tailor mindfulness practices to individual needs and preferences, taking into account lifestyle, goals, and challenges. I offer flexible scheduling, in-home or remote consultations making mindfulness practices more accessible.
