Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a research-based practice that reduces stress and anxiety, relieves suffering and refines attention. I teach MBSR strategies integrated with research in education on Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), Intercultural Competence and Differentiated Instruction in order to respond to individual client needs. The goal is to cultivate a steady, healthy mindfulness practice over time that leads to personal well-being, enhanced concentration and a boost in performance in work or studies.
