Individuals learn differently due to a combination of strengths, challenges, interests, and life experiences. I embrace the full spectrum of how people think, process, and engage with the world. I tailor your experience based on an initial consultation and needs assessment. My method combines Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with best practices in the field of Education to create a individual support plan grounded in research and your  real life needs.


What is MBSR?

Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, MBSR is a research-backed program shown to:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Relieve suffering

  • Sharpen attention

  • Foster emotional regulation and resilience

Core principles include mindfulness meditation, non-judgmental awareness, mindful living, stress reduction, and the mind-body connection.
